How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking link once your order is on the move.
How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. For COD, a small fee may apply.
Can I return or exchange OopsProof?

Due to hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns once the seal is broken. If your product arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered — just reach out within 7 days.
My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery (COD).
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes! COD is available for most pin codes with a small convenience fee.
Is my payment secure?
